Job summary

Comcast Business seeks a mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst 2 to develop and support data-driven reporting throughout the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. This role translates business requirements into reliable data extracts, transformations, and dashboards that support operational and tactical decision-making.

Working with moderate guidance, the Analyst 2 contributes to ETL development, data modeling, and reporting while continuing to build technical expertise across BI tools and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Comcast may consider coursework/experience as alternative.
• 2-5 Years of relevant work experience in BI reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains BI assets including SQL queries, datasets, and Tableau dashboards.
• Supports ETL workflows and data transformations using SSMS, SSIS, and Visual Studio.
• Builds moderately complex reports that align with defined business requirements and data models.
• Assists in optimizing queries and improving performance of existing reporting solutions.
• Contributes to reporting across key lifecycle stages: Sales, Service Delivery, Billing, and Usage.
• Translates business questions into structured queries and visualizations.
