Job summary

Chewy is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to develop reporting, analysis, insights, and visualizations that help operators and leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and take action within the fulfillment network.

You will build SQL queries, maintain datasets, and create dashboards in Tableau or similar tools, partnering with Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure clear, accurate decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, statistics, CS, business with analytics focus, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in BI, data analytics, or operations analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fulfillment and operational data to explain performance trends and opportunities.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for recurring reporting and ad hoc requests.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or comparable BI tools.
• Partner with Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams to gather requirements and document logic.
• Validate data and reconcile results across source systems and reports.
