Job summary

Pattern seeks an experienced BI developer to join its analytics team in Pattern’s Pune office. You will build data models, transform data in pipelines, craft SQL queries, and deliver compelling dashboards in Tableau or similar tools to tell stories with data.

The role requires translating business needs into technical specs, collaborating with executives and the analytics team, and maintaining high data quality through testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills required.
• 1–3 years developing reports/dashboards with analytics tools.
• Intermediate to expert Tableau proficiency; CI/CD exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive ad-hoc data requests and provide accurate info.
• Translate business needs into technical specs.
• Write efficient SQL queries to interrogate data.
• Create dashboards and visuals in Tableau or similar tools.
• Collaborate with US Analytics team on planning.
• Engage with end users at all levels, including executives.
• Investigate data issues and propose solutions.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting.
