Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to enable data-driven decision making through data visualisation, reporting and insight, while leading transformation initiatives across the business. You will collaborate with IT, stakeholders and partners to deliver measurable value via dashboards, data models and structured change delivery.

Responsibilities include data visualisation, requirement translation, data access improvement, and promoting a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

Strong experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Fabric).
Experience working with data models and structured data sources.
Experience delivering small to medium projects or change initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with SAP, MES or manufacturing systems beneficial.
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Dassault ecosystem or similar environments beneficial.
Experience with the Dassault suit is preferred.

Responsibilities

Data Visualisation & Insight: develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI).
Translate business requirements into meaningful data visualisations and reporting solutions.
Improve data accessibility, accuracy and usability across the business.
Promote a data-driven culture and user adoption of reporting tools.
Transformation Delivery (Business & Digital): support and drive delivery of transformation initiatives.
Lead small to medium projects including data and reporting improvements and digital ecosystem implementations.
Document management and business software solutions.
Data architecture initiatives and defining scope with stakeholders.
Coordinate delivery with Business Systems Analysts and third-party providers.
Manage progress, risks and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
CI Management: capture, prioritise and manage CI demand; coordinate delivery with internal and external teams.
