Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business requirement gathering, analysis and design (84 months).
• 7+ years creating/modifying Framework Manager models with Cognos tools.
• 7+ years creating/modifying reports using Cognos tools.
• 7+ years using SQL for analysis and reporting with complex joins and formatting.
• 7+ years testing reports and dashboards; presenting data issues to stakeholders.
• 7+ years in social services or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff and participate in business requirements gathering for BI projects.
• Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design.
• Perform complex SQL coding to facilitate reporting and testing functions.
• Model using Cognos Framework Manager and Transformer to support reporting initiatives.
• Secure Framework Manager and Transformer models with data/object/package level access controls.
• Create advanced reports using Cognos Analytics 12 with multi-query datasets.
• Complete testing of reports, dashboards, and analytics in all environments.
• Transfer knowledge to Cognos users and provide troubleshooting support.
