Teleion Consulting LLC in Seattle seeks a senior data analyst to transform customer experience data into actionable insights. You will lead data analysis, evaluate sources, and develop analytics tools, systems, and reporting solutions that drive decision making.
The role requires 8–10 years in data analysis and BI, advanced Excel/Smartsheet, experience with Tableau, data modeling, and strong communication with program managers.
Must be living in the following states to be considered: Florida (FL), Georgia (GA) , Illinois (IL), Iowa (IA), Nevada (NV), North Carolina (NC), South Dakota (SD), Texas (TX), Washington (WA), Virginia (VA), Wisconsin (WI)
Perform data analysis to identify customer experience themes and trends.
Evaluate data sources, tools, systems and processes.
Develop analytics tools, systems and processes.
Create data models, dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions that enable actionable customer insights.
Support onboarding of new customer feedback sources and integration of additional structured and unstructured data assets.
Perform business analysis and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
Develop methodologies and incorporate AI to consume unstructured data sources.
Use AI to streamline work and optimize business processes.
Document and optimize key business processes to support systematic build out of analysis and reporting systems.
8-10 years of data analysis and BI experience
Advanced skills in Excel, Smartsheet, databases, and BI dashboards (like Tableau)
Experience with data modeling, mapping, and documenting workflows
Represent the business needs of program managers to analytics team and vice versa with regular, clear communication
History of project management with agile methodology, sprints & stories using tools like Jira, requirements gathering, planning, & status reporting
Manage projects effectively even with high levels of ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple teams while maintaining speed and a high level of attention to detail
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Intermediate skills across MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word
