BHT Coordinators provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of care for clients with behavioral health needs across multiple clinics.

BHT Coordinators Provide leadership, direct supervision, administrative and clinical support to BHTs. Ensure quality and consistent support, coordination of care and targeted case management are provided. to behavioral health clients. Utilize leadership skills to foster positive staff engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in human service field and experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness required. Supervisory (administrative and clinical) experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Employment Fitness Determination through WVCARES and a drug screen.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills required.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDRepresent Seneca in a positive manner including maintaining a positive attitude and performing duties in a manner in accordance with Seneca’s Code of Conduct & Ethical Practices. Demonstrated knowledgeof computer skills and ability to use personal computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.Problem-solving skills and excellent customer service skills.
