Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN, is hiring to support our medical and clinical teams across admissions, transportation, meals, and daily operations. This role focuses on creating a warm recovery environment while ensuring safety and smooth daily functions.

You will build rapport with clients, monitor activities, record incidents, and handle essential administrative tasks, contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered workplace that values recovery principles and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities
• Warm, compassionate personality
• Dignified character aligned with recovery principles

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
• Record and escalate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)
