Brunswick School Department’s BHS Athletics is seeking a part-time Fitness Room Supervisor in Brunswick, Maine. The advisor will supervise students during the 2:30–4:00 sessions, submit a bi-weekly or monthly schedule to administration, and oversee the fitness center operations.

Stipend pay is allocated across three seasons (Fall, Winter, Spring). Applicants must have a current Maine Dept. of Education background/fingerprinting certificate. Applications close 9/14/2026.

Job Description

Fitness Center Supervision/Fitness Club Advisor 2:30-4:00 4x a week.

The advisor will submit a bi-weekly or monthly schedule to administration. The stipend pay for this position will be broken up into three seasons (Fall: Sept, Oct., Nov.; Winter: Dec., Feb., March; Spring: April, May, June).

Responsibilities include: supervision of students working out in the fitness center, ensuring space is secure upon exit, recruiting students to the space and for fitness club. Experience with fitness center instruction and/or supervision preferred.

Candidates must have a current background/fingerprinting certificate through the Maine Dept. of Education.
