Job summary

ACADIA Academy is seeking individuals to work one-on-one with students with special needs to help make progress toward and meet their academic and functional IEP goals. You will provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support under the supervision of a Special Education teacher and BCBA in the general education classroom setting.

Experience with diverse student abilities in a public school setting is preferred; BHP certificate is preferred but training will be provided for the right

Qualifications

• Experience with students in a public school setting.
• BHP certificate preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Special Requirements: Ed Tech certification, CHRC.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students.
• Assist the Special Education teacher and BCBA in implementing IEP goals in classroom settings.
