Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati seeks a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) I to support patient care by ensuring comfort and safety. Following the hospital model of care, you will work under an RN, with duties delegated according to Ohio Board of Nursing guidelines.

You will contribute to a culturally sensitive, age-appropriate environment, help orient patients and families, and support units with cleanliness, safety, and documentation in accordance with hospital policy.
