Qualifications

• 3-5 years of BGA rework experience required.
• Ability to work extended hours utilizing a microscope for inspection.
• On-site soldering assessment to J-STD-001 standards during the interview.
• Meticulous hand-eye coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Master the complete BGA rework process for safe desoldering and resoldering.
• Interpret written instructions and safety operation of BGA rework equipment.
• Perform inspections to ensure assemblies meet IPC standards.
• Interact with Engineering Staff regularly.
