Aspire Adventure Camp serves 100 participants aged 5-13 who have the cognitive capacity for solid peer connections but lack the understanding and skill set to form those connections. The Assistant Site Manager is a seasonal role working with either the Lower Camp (ages 5-9) or Upper Camp (ages 10-13), both at Hale Reservation in Westwood, MA. Responsibilities include overseeing and supporting groups, supervising staff, guiding positive behavior support plans, and assisting with daily operations, record-keeping, and site management. The role involves collaboration with Site Managers to coordinate administrative, clinical, and programmatic aspects and is part of the summer camp leadership team.
