• > Operate industrial equipment to manufacture components and final products (tires), ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and adherence to standards.
• > Inspect and verify the quality and compliance of production materials such as rubber mixes, rubber/metal components, or tires.
• Implement and maintain environmental management systems and work standards to ensure safety for yourself and the community.
• > Lead or contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives in Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, and Cost areas.
• > Participate in on-the-job activities and formal/informal training to develop new skills relevant to your current role and future career growth.
