• Operate industrial equipment to manufacture components and final products (tires), ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and adherence to standards.
• Inspect and verify the quality and compliance of rubber mixes, rubber/metal components, or tires.
• Implement and maintain environmental management systems and work standards to ensure safety for yourself and the community.
• Lead or contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives in Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, and Cost areas.
• Participate in on-the-job activities, training, and skill development to support current roles and future career growth.
