Job summary

Columbia Distributing in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support pre-picking, pallet placement and general warehouse tasks. You will work under supervision to ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment and maintain productivity standards.

The role requires ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively up to 165 lbs, read order sheets, and communicate effectively with teammates. This full-time position may include weekends and overtime depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Reading and following safety rules and procedures.
• Able to read order sheets and write routine notes or reports.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, and security of products.
• Rotate products during receiving, replenishment, picking, and returns according to standards.
• Participate in pre-picking and merchandising as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Read order sheets accurately.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to meet productivity standards.

• Complete other tasks or projects as assigned.
