Job summary

Pine State Trading Co. is seeking experienced Warehouse Selectors to join our Gardiner, Maine team. The role involves accurately selecting products and filling customer orders in a modern warehouse environment, operating an electric walkie-rider, and maintaining high accuracy throughout shift.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with a bonus component for selecting accuracy. Benefits include health enrollment after 30 days, 401(k) with employer match, paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Must learn to operate an electric walkie-rider.
• Excellent attendance required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Consistently lifting 15–20 pounds, and 50+ pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Pine State is currently looking for experienced Warehouse Selectors to join our team in Gardiner Maine.

Selector: Work schedule starts at 12:00PM. This position is responsible for accurately selecting products and filling customer orders. This position will be selecting full cases throughout the warehouse while operating an electric walkie-rider. Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a production department subject to changing priorities and shifting timetables and deadlines.
• Requires one to have excellent attendance and meet the selection standards to ensure customer orders are done in a timely manner and accurately.
• Work is performed in non-office environments at warehouse locations with occasional exposure to temperature extremes.
• Bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling are required for prolonged periods to receive and transport products.
• Consistently lifting 15 to 20 pounds, lifting 50+ pounds on occasion.
• Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Must be able to learn to operate an electric walkie-rider, required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, required.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - This schedule may change during holiday weeks.
