Job summary

Mahaska is hiring for a Beverage Warehouse Load Crew in Norfolk, VA. The role includes on-the-job training to become proficient in picking and building orders, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and safe material handling.

You will work with a GREAT team to load and unload vehicles and ensure inventory accuracy. The position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, read load sheets, and collaborate with management.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to read load sheets accurately.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to read orders and build them accurately and timely.
• Communicate directly with Warehouse Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Maintain clean and orderly work environment including repacking area.
• Use warehouse equipment/scanner to log in and scan build sheets and products.
• Ensure paperwork is placed correctly on pallets and build sheets are completed.
• Audit outgoing pallets for accuracy at all times.
