Job summary

Mahaska Bottling Company, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual for the Beverage Warehouse Load Crew. The role focuses on loading and unloading vehicles, building orders accurately, and maintaining efficient operations on the warehouse floor.

You will be trained to work with a dependable team, learn to use scanners and warehouse equipment, and ensure paperwork and build sheets are completed correctly. The position requires reliability and regular attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to accurately read load sheets.
• Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to read orders and build them in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with the Warehouse Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Help with periodic customer service tasks as needed.
• Be prepared for assigned hours of operation.
• Use warehouse equipment/scanner to log in and scan build sheets and products.
• Notify management of problems or improvement ideas.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including repacking areas.
• Learn loading procedures for express and conventional trucks.
• Ensure paperwork is placed correctly on pallets and build sheets are completed.
