Job summary

Mahaska Bottling Company, Inc. is seeking a Beverage Warehouse Load Crew member to support efficient loading and unloading of company vehicles. You will learn to read orders, build pallets, and log activity with a scanner, with on-the-job training provided to develop independence and reliability.

You will join a motivated team focused on safety, accuracy, and timely operations. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work alone or with others, and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Ability to read load sheets accurately.
• Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to read orders and build them in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with Warehouse Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including repacking area.
• Use warehouse equipment/scanner to log in and scan build sheets and proper product.
• Ensure paperwork is placed in correct locations on pallets and build sheets are completed.
