Job summary

Refresco in Missouri seeks a Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently operate powered industrial trucks in a fast-paced production environment. You will load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods, supply materials to production lines, and help maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in manufacturing, forklift certification, and basic computer skills to use SAP/VMU.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent (GED).
• 3+ years work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification by an approved Refresco trainer required.
• Proficient with basic computer functions and SAP VMU usage.
• Ability to read/write basic job instructions.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks safely in a high-paced warehouse environment.
• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods from trucks.
• Supply raw materials to production lines as needed.
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and maintain equipment.
• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and all safety guidelines.
