• Manages and oversees the beverage team members including scheduling, coaching, reviews and related duties.
• Inspects establishment and ensures compliance with ABC and state regulations.
• Ensures qualified individuals are selected and trained in all areas of responsibility.
• Adheres to property policies.
• Communicates effectively with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
