Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Resort is seeking a beverage services supervisor to lead Food and Beverage staff across the assigned outlets. You will ensure guest service excellence, deploy resources, and uphold standards in line with casino service directives.

You will train staff, enforce policies, supervise on-floor activity, and assist with scheduling, evaluations, and career development. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience in Bar services is required.
• Three years of cash-handling and guest service experience is required.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, communication (verbal and written), and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Food and Beverage personnel in assigned venue, ensuring guest service needs are identified and resources deployed for excellent service.
• Assist Restaurant Services Manager in monitoring training of all personnel including sequence of service and guest service standards; provide tools to team members to perform duties effectively.
• Ensure Casino, Food and Beverage policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
• Maintain visibility on the beverage/Casino floor during shifts to uphold standards and guest experience.
• Assist with work and break schedules and with Team Member evaluations as requested by management.
• Support career development of team members through mentoring and coaching.
• Meet with guests to resolve concerns following guest service standards and procedures.

Purpose Of Position

Supervises Food and Beverage personnel in assigned food venue or area. Assist management to ensure guest service needs are identified and deploys resources for excellent guest service. Supervise Blue Oak Bar Services.

Job Responsibilities And Duties

• Ensure that Food and Beverage services are in accordance with direction given by the Beverage Services Manager, Casino Service Standards and performance objectives, including cleanliness and appearance of assigned restaurant area(s).
• Assist Restaurant Services Manager in monitoring training of all personnel including sequence of service, ServSafe and guest service standards. Make tools available to team members so they can effectively perform the necessary job duties.
• Ensures that Casino, Food and Beverage operational Policies, Procedures, and regulations are followed.
• Responsible to be visible in the outlets and on the beverage/Casino floor thorough out the shift.
• Assist the Beverage Services Manager in providing work and break schedules and Team Member evaluations.
• Assist with progression of Team Member career development plans through mentoring and coaching.
• Meet with guests to resolve concerns in accordance with guest service standards and procedures.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
• Two (2) years of supervisory or management experience in Bar services required.
• Three (3) years of cash-handling and guest service experience required.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, communication (verbal and written), and decision-making skills required.

Must be able to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays
