Job summary

Rosie’s Gaming Emporium - Vinton is seeking a Beverage Server to deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with courtesy and speed. You will take orders, relay to bartenders, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1–3 months in a related role, and the ability to obtain Serv-Safe certification and a valid racing license. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 months experience in related field.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certificate.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner.
• Takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to bartender to deliver drink order to the guest at their location.
• Demonstrates salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Performs responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations.
• Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workstation, including restocking service well with supplies.
