Job summary

Cowlitz Indian Tribe’s ilani casino is seeking a team member to support Beverage Server and Bartender Teams. You will help keep bars stocked with beer, wine, spirits, glassware and paper supplies to ensure world-class guest service.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of high-volume beverage experience, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to stand 8 hours, lift up to 49 lbs, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and in a smoking environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume beverage setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 49 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior customer service.
• Keeps bars stocked with beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and paper products.
• Provides coaching and training to Beverage Servers and serves as liaison with management.
• Uses the point-of-sale terminal and handles cashiering functions.
• Complies with state liquor laws and safety procedures.
