Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Kentucky, Lawrenceburg, is hiring a food service team member to help keep dining and bar areas clean, welcoming, and compliant with safety standards.

You will rotate stock, sanitize all equipment, assist food production staff, and communicate clearly with teammates to deliver great guest experiences, while staying aware of safety and company policies. This full‑time role may require nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English.
• Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise and bright lights.
• Fast-paced environment; ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes storage areas.
• Rotates stock to ensure freshness of products.
• Keeps walk‑in, reach‑ins, and bar areas cleaned.
• Keeps liquor cage clean and organized.
• Checks with food production staff as to equipment needs and security.
• Coordinates with manager on duty for upcoming business or cleaning needs.
• Sanitizes all equipment for re‑supply to kitchen, dining room, and bar areas.
• Polices and sanitizes kitchen, bar and storage areas and equipment.
• Provides positive communication using Red Carpet Training with patrons and coworkers.
• Performs duties in a safe manner and reports hazards to management.
• Performs additional duties as needed for efficiency.
