Job summary

MGM Yonkers is seeking a Beverage Server to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced casino setting. You will take orders, serve beverages, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless, memorable experience while demonstrating knowledge of drinks and glassware.

Applicants must be 18+, able to obtain NYS Gaming Commission licensure, and ideally have prior casino or resort beverage service experience. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with competitive scheduling and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain NYS Gaming Commission licensure.
• Previous cocktail/food server experience in casino, resort, or lounge.
• Knowledge of beverages including wine, champagne, liquor brands, beer and non-alcoholic options.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area.
• Place orders, garnish and serve cocktails to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, brands, and glassware.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Perform opening/closing duties and restock as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management as required.
