Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC is seeking a Beverage Server in Laughlin, NV to support the beverage department with prompt, accurate service and a welcoming attitude that aligns with our guest service standards. You will take orders, serve drinks, handle cash, and help guests explore beverage options in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications include at least 21 years of age, 1 year of beverage or customer service experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of beverage server or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• At least 21 years of age; ability to obtain required work cards.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner
• Accurately follow all cash handling and Micros POS procedures
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety procedures
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
