Job summary

Indigo-Sky-LLC is seeking bartenders to deliver drinks with professionalism and speed on the casino floor. You will manage tabs, handle payments, and maintain a clean, organized bar area while complying with age verification and responsible service guidelines.

Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are common in this venue. The role requires high school level education, strong customer service skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with exposure to alcohol and bright

$9.00 per HourESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Provide exceptional guest service at all times.2. Deliver drinks to customers in professional manner.3. Must be well organized.4. Consistently circulate in assigned area to ensure guests receive requested beverages.5. Able to read and check a customer’s identification to confirm that the customer is of drinking age.6. Receive money and / or credit cards and be able to use a credit card machine and cash register.7. Keep casino floor area clear of glasses and bottles.8. Professionally refuse to serve customers who appear to be intoxicated.9. Wear required uniforms and follow all company policies and procedures.10. Will be required to operate POS system and mix and serve drinks and/or food while serving as abartender.11. Keep accurate records of tabs and collect the proper amount when guest has finished12. Pour drinks quickly according to beverage guidelines.13. Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Hand eye coordination, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customerquestions and complaints relating to operations. Able to carry trays with beverage or food items weighing up to 25pounds. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, change kegs, and restock liquor and glassware.WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug free workplace. Work in casino operationscontaining second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights,weekends and holidays as needed.SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Complaint resolution, observant, able to accept criticism, and greatattitude. Must have very good customer service to be able to adapt to different personalities. Should bemultitasked and be able to handle beverage mixing equipment. Must be able to quickly and accurately count backchange to a customer.
