Job summary

Arizona Charlie's Decatur in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Food Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will present menus, take orders, make beverage recommendations, and input orders into the POS with accuracy. Emphasis on guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Present menus, utilize suggestive selling techniques, and answer guest questions regarding food and beverage options.
• Accurately take beverage and food orders and input into POS system using Universal Seating guidelines.
• Handle payment transactions and ensure correct change or receipt is provided; obtain required guest signatures.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and report concerns to management.
• Assist team members with food running, side work, and drink service when needed. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure all food is served in accordance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
• Work Cards Required based on property location or regional regulations

Physical Requirements

• Frequently push/pull, lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
