Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a hospitality team member to greet guests and serve beverages in lounge, restaurant or gaming areas. You will take orders, relay them to bartenders and deliver drinks with a courteous, customer-first approach.

This role involves balancing trays, processing payments, and maintaining an accurate cash bank in line with company policy. Prior guest-service experience is preferred, and candidates must be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• Must obtain/maintain any required licenses or certifications (preferred).
• Able to carry and balance trays up to 10 pounds (preferred).
• Must be able to walk for the duration of shift (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills (preferred).
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (preferred).
