Job summary

GPC, a leading beverage distributor, seeks a Beverage Sales Account Representative to drive sales and merchandising in the Decorah area. The role includes promotions, ordering, and in-store displays, with a four-day work week (10-hour shifts) and early start times.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor’s is a plus. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k), paid vacation, and mileage reimbursement. This is a full-time, on-site position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required; relevant sales experience considered.
• Previous customer service or stocking experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Gain distribution for new beverages by communicating with store managers.
• Sell promotions at the store level and ensure products are prominently displayed and stocked.
• Order product to maintain optimal inventory levels at assigned accounts.
• Merchandise beverages on shelves, end caps, displays, coolers and vending machines.
• Conduct weekly retail pricing surveys to stay informed about market trends.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and represent GPC professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies that drive growth.
