Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to represent the company in the market, visit customers, and engage in consultative selling to grow revenue. The role emphasizes building relationships, understanding client growth needs, and developing plans for each account to drive incremental sales beyond base business.

You will use SGWS technology, manage CRM notes, and collaborate with suppliers to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Able to analyze and understand data
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and proposals
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication
• Able to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset
• Team player and adaptable to change
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Visit accounts regularly and document visit plans and notes in CRM (Proof).
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales using consultative selling skills.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships to drive incremental sales beyond base business.
