Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant to visit accounts, develop growth plans, and drive incremental sales. You will build trust-based relationships, tailor selling strategies, and maintain expert knowledge of SGWS products to position solutions effectively.

The role requires 21+ years, travel as needed, and a reliable vehicle with valid license; a safety-sensitive environment with potential drug testing is described.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance on their vehicle.
• Able to analyze and understand data.

Responsibilities

• Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans documented in CRM (Proof).
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities.
• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Propose selling solutions to each customer and win the sale using consultative selling skills.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present and position them in each account.
