Shore Point Distributing Company seeks a motivated Relief Sales Representative to drive growth on a designated Freehold, NJ route. You will execute in-person sales strategies, manage replenishment orders, and build strong customer relationships while covering daily route activities.

The role emphasizes proactive sales execution, inventory control, and collaboration with stores on pricing, merchandising, and supplier standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible for Solicitor Permit by NJ ABC.

Responsibilities

• Represent and present Shore Point Distributing portfolio to accounts.
• Execute sales plans, communicate pricing and promotions, and merchandise products.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and manage route accounts.
• Maintain inventory levels, process back orders, and monitor account credits.
• Prepare reports on sales metrics and surveys in a timely manner.
• Maintain company vehicle and route records and compliance with quality standards.
