Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Sales Associate to support sales, merchandising and distribution across assigned accounts. You will assist in executing business objectives and company initiatives at on-site customer locations.

The role requires travel within the day, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; minimum 21 years old.
• Preferred 1 year beverage industry sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively sell, rotate and merchandise the Columbia Distributing portfolio in all assigned accounts.
• Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled.
• Interact respectfully and maintain dialogue with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, non-alcoholic, food journals and market trends.
