Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Laredo, TX. Work days are Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. until completion.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to use a personal vehicle are required. Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with potential incentives and benefits. Qualified candidates will build product displays, manage shelf levels, stock and rotate products, and coordinate with store teams.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
