Job summary

Mitchell Companies in Nottingham, MD, is seeking a Training and Quality Control Specialist to audit beverage orders, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support warehouse operations. You will work closely with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes, while developing leadership skills for potential supervisory roles.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager, offers a starting pay of $21.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus, and follows a 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit beverage orders prior to shipment for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect orders for proper packaging, labeling, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of audits, findings, and actions taken.
• Assist with inventory management through cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
