Coca-Cola UNITED in Montgomery, AL seeks a Technician - Quality Assurance to test finished product and packaging attributes, ensuring specifications are met. You will perform beverage and package attribute testing, manage data in LDMS, and support lab operations with calibration and SOP updates.

Ideal candidates have 18+ years old, good English, high school diploma or GED, and comfort with weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Perform beverage attribute testing: Brix, Assay, CO2, Net Contents, pH, Taste & Odor.
• Perform package attribute testing: Torques, lid application, visual appearance.
• Verify finished product attributes: correct bottle/can, label, production date code, and packaging.
• Collect and test micro samples as required; may be assigned to micro testing.
• Perform syrup testing (Brix, pH) using UPLC/HPLC when needed.
• Calibrate and verify lab equipment; perform maintenance as required.
• Assist in water treatment and CIP setup as described by management.
• Record test results in LDMS and review out-of-spec situations.
• Maintain GMP and lab housekeeping; manage supplies and ingredients testing.
