Job summary

Beverage Distribution Center, Inc. is seeking a QC Technician to perform testing, inspection, and material preparation to ensure all raw materials and finished beverages meet company standards and franchisor specifications under the Food Safety Management System.

The role supports QA and product quality across incoming materials, syrups, and finished goods, with training of operators and adherence to GMPs. Flexible shifts include day and night coverage; excellent benefits apply.

Qualifications

• QC lab experience required.
• Familiarity with GMPs, Food Safety and Food Defense policies.

Responsibilities

• Test all incoming raw materials to ensure they meet specifications.
• Receive and store raw materials and conduct periodic inventory counts.
• Blend batches of beverage according to production schedule and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Test all finished syrup batches and production runs for specifications.
• Operate and monitor blenders and adjust parameters for quality concerns.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and escalate nonconformances.
• Keep lab, syrup room and support areas clean and organized.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures and train new operators.
