Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. is seeking a quality control lab technician in Quincy, IL. You will perform physical and analytical tests on finished syrups and beverages, inspect materials, and ensure product quality.

You will run control samples, document results, and support calibration and housekeeping to uphold GMP standards. The ideal candidate has basic math and problem-solving skills, strong English communication, and the ability to work with lab equipment and computers.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills and problem-solving ability essential.
• Must read, write and communicate in English clearly.
• Ability to operate computers and laboratory/test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and analytical product quality tests on finished syrup and beverage.
• Run control drink tests to check taste and quality.
• Maintain test records and data following procedures.
• Follow cleaning, housekeeping, and calibration procedures.
