Primo Brands, a leading beverage company in North America, seeks a QA-focused professional for our Taunton, MA facility. You will troubleshoot water systems, support QA/testing, and ensure GMP/HACCP-aligned practices across bottling and packaging lines.

Qualifications include college-level education, lab experience, and strong communication skills. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• College level education desired; pursuit of related study is a plus.
• Experience performing basic laboratory procedures.
• Exposure to Quality Assurance or Production in a food or beverage processing facility is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work self-directed and with a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a team-based environment.
• Experience with sanitation and microbiological control systems preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety and defense requirements, audits, regulatory environments, microbiological testing, and manufacturing control systems.
• Ability to interact with internal contacts to manage workflow.
• Exposure to fluid processing and sanitation science principles.
• Understanding of GMPs and HACCP principles.
• Computer skills with Microsoft applications; SAP a plus.
• Commitment to safe work practices and high quality; sense of urgency.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make independent decisions related to quality and operation excellence.
• Ability to move/lift 40 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic water processing functionality: pumps, valves, piping, etc.
• Troubleshoot water sanitation equipment: CIP system, etc.
• Support water bottling and packaging processes, primarily QA and food safety testing.
• Ensure all lines and processes are validated according to compliance standards.
• Complete basic laboratory testing: pH, turbidity, conductivity, etc.
• Plating of micro samples.
• Create spiked samples to test proficiency.
• Daily review of quality data from operators.
• Manage water sensory evaluations (taste and odor).
• Adhere to site safety and quality KPIs.
• Support site and corporate quality initiatives.
• Communicate results, deviations, and improvement plans to coworkers.
• Provide QA training support for QA operators.
