Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for the Silver Spring area of MD to lead QA staff in the lab and on the production floor. You will ensure products meet quality, food safety, and regulatory standards, coach your team, review lab results, support audits, and drive process improvements that sustain consistent product quality.

The role requires collaboration with multiple departments, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with biology/chemistry/food science/health sciences background.
• 1–3 years of relevant QA/manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with sanitation, beverage processes, and microbiological techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA personnel in laboratory and production areas, setting daily quality expectations.
• Coach and develop team members through training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Oversee QA programs, documentation, and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with product specs, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Review laboratory data for accuracy and identify trends for corrective action.
