Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with a positive, approachable leadership style.
• Assist GM with hiring, training, and performance management of on-site staff.
• Develop wine, beer and cocktail lists; manage inventory and COGS.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal liquor laws; supervise service quality.
