Job summary

Seaspice Brasserie & Lounge in Miami, FL seeks a Beverage Operation Manager to oversee all beverage program and bar operations in a full-time, on-site role. You will manage beverage inventory, ordering, cost control, and bar stock accuracy, while developing cocktail menus in collaboration with the culinary team and leading the bar staff to ensure exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of cocktails and wines, and compliance with health and alcohol regulations;

Qualifications

• Experience in managing beverage operations in high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Proven leadership in training, scheduling and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Maintain accurate bar stock levels and proper storage/handling.
• Develop and update cocktail menus; pair with culinary team.
• Lead, train, and schedule bar staff; uphold service standards.
