Jupiter Island Club in Florida seeks a Bar and Beverage Program Manager to supervise beverage service across dining outlets, bars, member events and the Wine Shop. The role plans, purchases, executes and analyzes the entire beverage operation, working with staff to deliver exceptional service and a premier wine and cocktail program.

Responsibilities include developing the beverage program with the Food and Beverage Manager, coordinating purchasing and inventory, training staff in alcohol

Formación

• One year certificate from a college or a technical school and at least 3 years in a similar beverage role.
• Must demonstrate strong customer relations skills and general wine knowledge.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise beverage service across dining outlets, events, bars and Wine Shop.
• Plan and prepare staff work schedules for bar coverage and club events.
• Coordinate beverage purchasing with Purchasing Manager.
• Maintain monthly beverage inventory and cost controls for beverage operations.
• Train bar and waitstaff in Alcohol Service per state laws.
• Analyze beverage sales and labor costs to improve profitability.
