Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Production Technician in Allentown, PA to support beverage manufacturing operations. You will perform equipment setup, filling, labeling, and recordkeeping in line with the Coca-Cola Quality System to ensure product quality.

The role requires at least a year of light industrial experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment. Shift is Mon-Fri 2pm–10:30pm with possible daily overtime as business dictates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, General Education or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year light industrial experience.
• Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks including equipment setup, filling, labeling, and recordkeeping in accordance with the Coca-Cola Quality System to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain manufacturing equipment and work areas (e.g., cleaning and sanitizing tanks and piping, maintaining conveyors, loading raw materials) according to GMP policies to ensure product quality.
• Move raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or warehouse equipment to support production and shipping operations.
• Inspect production, warehouse, and service areas to ensure compliance with safety, operating policies, and GMP standards.
• Implement and maintain the Coca-Cola Quality System to meet company product quality requirements.
• Calculate and record production yields, scrap, and material usage variances.
• Conduct microbiological testing of ingredients, water, and finished products, and perform ingredient receiving and trailer inspections.
• Communicate with team members to address product or service issues, solve problems, and support business objectives.
• Identify and report non-compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and retain records related to policy and procedure compliance.
• Shift is Mon-Fri 2pm - 10:30pm
• Overtime - Daily overtime may also be required in 4 hour increments. Extra day of work will also be required when business dictates.
