Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator at our Allentown, PA production facility to move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory with precision and speed.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to GMP and safety standards, with 12-hour shifts possible and a focus on reliable attendance and operational excellence. This role supports manufacturing schedules and continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Forklift operation experience of 2+ years in manufacturing or distribution.
• Ability to read English for instructions and documentation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with warehouse operations and WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, staging, and shipping to support schedules.
• Operate forklifts safely per safety standards.
• Coordinate transfers from external warehouses to the plant.
• Verify material documentation and inventory records.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies between physical inventory and system data.
• Support continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
• Maintain GMP compliance in work areas and with equipment.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on forklifts and equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
