Job summary

Employbridge is hiring a Production Associate for the 2nd shift in Milaca, MN. The role offers $18.00 per hour with a full-time schedule and a three-day weekend most weeks.

You will assemble products, supply materials, clean equipment, and follow food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, food production, sanitation, or assembly is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly line tasks
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Add ingredients and operate production equipment
• Keep machines and production lines stocked with materials
• Clean and sanitize equipment following company procedures
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and wear required PPE
• Help disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning and inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company guidelines
• Work with team members to meet production and quality goals
• Complete other duties as assigned
