Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift (5:45AM-2:15PM) in Fort Gibson, OK. You will monitor high-speed beverage production lines and ensure quality while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

The role requires reading production schedules, performing routine machine maintenance, and collaborating across teams to meet production targets. Previous experience in beverage manufacturing is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in high-speed beverage production preferred.
• Ability to read gauges and measurements and follow GMPs.
• Forklift certification may be required; willingness to obtain.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow and supply raw materials.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record production and quality data; maintain downtime reports.
• Perform sanitation and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and assist with inventory and other duties.
